Whirl Around!

It is said that wheel was the greatest invention of all times, but in my point of view, ‘wheel’ was a discovery. The circle of life and universe existed already and was waiting to be discovered. We live our lives full circle; our pathways intersect each other, as two circles overlapping. We stay in each others’ lives till the intersection of those circles and then we exit.

The planets, the earth and the moon are all in a state of revolution, as the ‘whirling dervishes’ at the shrine of Rumi. No bend no angle but a continuous flow. Imagine the life of all beings in this universe as overlapping circles. Our circle in life is being overlapped by so many other circles. Some we’re not even aware of.

Whirl around………………..

Until you see nothing but Him (the Creator)
until you see all as one

Whirl around……………..

Until the world stops whirling
until your mind stops thinking

Whirl around……………….

You will see, what needs to be seen
you will see, it’s your heart, where you have been

Whirl around………………. My friend

Because you knowth not what’s there,
because you knowth not and you don’t care,

Whirl around……………….

Until you stop watching,
and start seeing…….

There is a local saying which means, “Whirl around, Whirl around, I whirl, you also whirl!” Practice this whirl, close your eyes and whirl around, until nothing seems important and all seems one. The one, that is the creator, nothing but Him, and you, whirl, whirl, whirl……..
